While trying to find out how much I would be reimbursed if I submitted a refund claim, I accidentally completed the form online. I never saw any information regarding the refund amount for the two flight tickets I purchased. It was only at the very end, when it was too late, that I discovered I would receive $36.06 back for tickets that originally cost me $386.58. This means I lost 90% of the ticket value. I reached out to the support team in hopes of resolving the issue. Who would be satisfied with losing such a significant amount? I was even willing to pay extra to change the flight date, but I was told that nothing could be done. To me, it appears that the company engages in questionable business practices. After researching, I found that others have had similar issues. Proceed with caution.
THIS AIRLINE IS A TOTAL DISASTER. The staff is incredibly rude, untrained, and acts as if they’re doing you a favor just by being there. They consistently overbook flights, charge excessive fees, and their so-called “low-cost” advertising is nothing but a joke. Their website is DESIGNED TO BE FAULTY, forcing you to purchase luggage at the airport for TWICE OR THRICE THE COST. It’s a SCAM, and they are fully aware of it. Due to the overwhelming stress and chaos created by this airline, I experienced a severe anxiety attack right there at the airport — and they provided NO ASSISTANCE. NO HELP. NO MEDICAL SUPPORT. NOT EVEN BASIC HUMAN DECENCY. It was fellow passengers — NOT THE STAFF — who came to my aid. The airline literally stood by and ignored me. The boarding process is chaotic, the staff shifts the blame onto you, and the cabin conditions are deplorable. THE PLANE WAS STUFFY — NO AIR CONDITIONING, NO AIRFLOW — IT FELT UNSAFE AND UNBEARABLE. THIS AIRLINE DOES NOT VALUE YOU. NOT YOUR SAFETY. NOT YOUR HEALTH. NOT YOUR MONEY. NOTHING. THIS AIRLINE SHOULD NOT BE IN OPERATION. IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM, A SOURCE OF STRESS, AND A WASTE OF MONEY. AVOID THE NIGHTMARE — DO NOT FLY WITH THIS AIRLINE.

Extremely frustrating. I was charged a ridiculous amount for a check-in bag that exceeded the maximum by just 0.5 cm, while other bags were much smaller. For a cancelled flight, they don't provide a full refund on their website. My emails to customer service have gone unanswered.
Unforgettable negative experience. The customer service is highly unprofessional, with conflicting information given by phone representatives and desk staff. I paid $115 for luggage from one city to another, but upon arrival, they claimed it wasn't in the system and I had to pay again. After multiple calls, I was finally allowed to continue my journey. On my return, they charged me $164 for the same luggage—almost $60 more. Despite speaking with various representatives and the manager, no one provided a solution. The manager simply dismissed the issue. This is unacceptable. Stay far away from this airline. While the pilots and in-cabin service were commendable, the overall experience was dreadful.
Disgraceful business practices. I booked a fully refundable flight that I needed to cancel. Initially, they claimed I would only receive the taxes back, but when I insisted it was fully refundable, they put me on hold for 20 minutes only to say it was refundable EXCEPT for the taxes, which is absurd for a non-refundable flight! Now, two months later, I have yet to see my refund and have had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge.
Opt for a different airline; they cover the same routes without charging extra for hand luggage you’ve already paid for. I've never had to pay extra for my hand luggage with other airlines. This one, however, has numerous flights cancelled while others operate smoothly.
Avoid this airline due to excessive charges for luggage at the counter—I paid $97 per suitcase. They are clearly taking advantage of customers, and I doubt they will last long given the competition. I plan to share my experience widely.
My suitcase was damaged after being checked in for being just 4 cm too large. Staff took pictures but didn’t file any report. I submitted a claim to the airline, but they rejected my request for a refund. The flight may have been cheap, but I ended up paying extra for a suitcase that got broken in transit.
