I had numerous questions and reached out to their customer service. I can't say how many agents they have, but the representative who assisted me was outstanding. She was quick to respond, even outside of working hours. After my inquiries, I decided to purchase the bag, and it is AMAZING. I was impressed with its design and functionality (a 50L carry-on suitcase is quite rare but so practical). It has effectively replaced the need for a second personal item bag due to its top compartment, which fits my tablet, headphones, and a small pouch for cords snugly. I have bags from other brands, but they won't be used as this one outperforms them in both functionality and appearance. Great job overall. Buy with complete confidence.
