I've been a long time Briggs and Riley owner ,but needed a carry-on size and decided to try Skyborne. No regrets ! It's for sure the best looking ,and so far (Two trips in) it has been phenomenal. It's smoother than anything I have tried in regard to how it Rolls both on floors and on carpets. Its weight is so light as from what I was told is thanks to its carbon fiber materials .

I would recommend Skyborne if you need a lifetime truck .Thank you

I purchased a B-2 Carbon Trunk in late December. Shipping took much longer than I was told. The header on the website, when I purchased the Trunk, touted 2 day shipping. Customer Service was okay, not great… Actually a bit rude at first. After their failure to deliver as promised, I contacted them and questioned the 2 Day Delivery post on their website. I was told I could cancel my order. Really? That’s how you want to treat your ‘valued’ customers? Cancel? That’s when the excuses began. Multiple emails back and forth blaming Fed Ex for the delays, telling me it’s ready to ship, waiting on pick up, yet no tracking number or confirmation that it was picked up.
The excuses were constant regarding the delay. They offered to include a free wallet as an apology for the delay… Nice gesture, but the Trunk already included a free wallet as a Promo during their Christmas Sale. So, you want to include a ‘free wallet’ that I already had in the order?
When the trunk finally arrived, just over three weeks after it was ordered, it has a visual blemish in the carbon fiber weave that catches the light just enough to make it annoying. Quality Control needs much improvement here, as does manufacturing. The blemished piece could have easily been cut and used for smaller pieces instead of one of the two large panels. Customer Service was of no help with this issue as well… other than telling me ‘return it’. I guess we have established a common theme here. They told me that it would not impair the structural integrity of the Trunk. I understand that, but for the cost of this Carry On, I would expect it to be unblemished. When I mentioned another Brand, I was told they don’t use real Carbon Fiber… That’s not true. I can deal with Customer Service not handling the issues as I would have expected. However, I am completely disappointed in the quality for a supposedly Top Tier Company. Blemished items should not be sent out as First Quality Perfect Products. Yet, this one was.
The Trunk itself is quite nice. It appears to be very well made. Light. Sturdy. Rolls incredibly easy. But, if I were to do it again, I would think twice about Skyborne. I recommend checking reviews on various platforms regarding shipping. This seems to be a constant complaint. Lot’s of them cite shipping delays. They appear to like to place the blame on Fed Ex, as they did with me. Sure one or two times is understandable, but it’s an all too common theme.
One of the primary reasons I wanted to go with Skyborne, was they are assembled in Canada. I was happy to support our neighbors to the North. Another was the quick shipping that would have had it arrive to me prior to an upcoming flight for a business meeting I needed to attend. And of course it didn’t hurt that it is a beautiful looking Trunk.
Still, the entire experience was not what I expected from Skyborne. Sadly, at this point, I find it difficult to recommend the B-2 Carbon Fiber line from them.

Just received my B2 and it's impressive!

I just got my B2 and it's quite remarkable. As a consultant who travels frequently, I was once loyal to another brand but became disappointed with their wheel and zipper durability over time. The B2 is a refreshing change. I'm really impressed with the carbon fiber and the wheels perform excellently. I also want to thank the support team for their assistance; they followed up on my order when it was delayed in Customs, which is something I never experienced before. Cheers!

I just received my B2 and it's incredibly stylish. As a consultant who travels often, I was a loyal customer of another brand but became frustrated with their wheel and zipper quality over the years. The B2 is a significant upgrade. I love the carbon fiber and the wheels are fantastic. I also want to thank the support team for following up on my order when it was stuck in Customs, which is something I never experienced before. Cheers!

I had a negative experience with this company, but the owner personally reached out to me, acknowledged my concerns, and took responsibility for the mishandling. He worked diligently to rectify the situation, and we reached a satisfactory resolution. If his team reflects his dedication, I would consider buying from this company again.

Can't decide what's better, the product or the support

I was interested in their new Navigator model Carry-on suitcase when I first saw it online, as I own other products from this company. I had numerous questions and reached out to their customer service. I can't say how many agents they have, but the representative who assisted me was outstanding. She was quick to respond, even outside of working hours. After my inquiries, I decided to purchase the bag, and it is AMAZING. I was impressed with its design and functionality (a 50L carry-on suitcase is quite rare but so practical). It has effectively replaced the need for a second personal item bag due to its top compartment, which fits my tablet, headphones, and a small pouch for cords snugly. I have bags from other brands, but they won't be used as this one outperforms them in both functionality and appearance. Great job overall. Buy with complete confidence.

Great wallet - Delivery issues

Updated Review — Excellent Customer Service Follow-Up. After my initial review, the company contacted me almost immediately. They clarified that the delivery issue was due to a temporary FedEx customs policy that has since been resolved. They also provided a full store credit to rectify the situation — a classy gesture showing true integrity. The wallet itself remains exceptional — superb craftsmanship and design — and I now feel confident ordering from them again. Mistakes happen, but a company's response is what matters, and they handled this perfectly. Beautiful wallet, but the delivery experience was lacking. I ordered on Sept 20 and received it on Oct 17. I opted for FedEx shipping after being assured it would be fine, then received a bill for “free delivery.” Customer service did not respond to my inquiry. Great product, but communication needs improvement.
