They clarified that the delivery issue was due to a temporary FedEx customs policy that has since been resolved. They also provided a full store credit to rectify the situation — a classy gesture showing true integrity. The wallet itself remains exceptional — superb craftsmanship and design — and I now feel confident ordering from them again. Mistakes happen, but a company's response is what matters, and they handled this perfectly. Beautiful wallet, but the delivery experience was lacking. I ordered on Sept 20 and received it on Oct 17. I opted for FedEx shipping after being assured it would be fine, then received a bill for “free delivery.” Customer service did not respond to my inquiry. Great product, but communication needs improvement.
