Got sky broadband installed on 20/11/24 worked fine for 2 days than went off early morning on 22/11/24 after phoning them every day since they can’t resolve the issue, it’s an internal SKY problem and not an Openreach fault. Now been off 16 days with no sign of a resolution. All I can say is STAY WELL CLEAR OFF SKY BROADBAND, their customer service is a shambles .
