Started a switch service on Black Friday, in which sky took £5 from my bank, 2 days later I decided to stay with my current provider, as they offer same benefits / deal without hassle of switching and returning router etc. Sky were very nice on the phone and assorted me i would be refunded within 3 days, 1 week later nothing received, so I called Sky after 8 days and questioned it, to be told it was a mistake and I would be compensated 100% within 3-5 working days then again 5 days later - no refund, no compensation. I hate companies that you have to chase for simple things like returning your own money!
