Awful service. I ordered broadband, and the company sent me the Wi-Fi router and other equipment. However, over a month later, I was still not connected, and they told me they had some issue with their sub-contractor.As a customer, that is not my concern. I signed up for service with your company, and it's your responsibility to ensure that it is delivered, regardless of third-party involvement. Blaming a sub-contractor is unprofessional and doesn't excuse the delay.Also the lack of communication and transparency was extremely frustrating. I kept having to call them looking for updates.
