I have made several phone calls, sent several E-mails as I have had no BT channels for about six weeks although I am still paying for it. I spoke to Tom and he assured me BT would be back on within 48 hours, that was last Monday (sunday today). I have been give several reasons (excuses) for this and still no further forward. This is not the first time I have had problems like this with Skycards and to be honest, the service fron them is very,very poor
