I ordered a sky stream box and channels through you earlier this week. Apart from making payment etc, I heard nothing until today, when I was contacted by a member of your team saying that UPS (your delivery agent) couldn't get hold of me. That is because you guys had spelled my name incorrectly on the email that you gave to UPS.This afternoon I've had some tooing and froing from someone in your team about this. I made clear to him that the wrong email address was your error. His final response was "Here is what happens if you don’t contact UPS through the emails they are sending to you to import your order. They will destroy your equipment."What a way to speak to one of your customers! If UPS were trying to get hold of me, using an incorrect email address that you gave to them, then how do you expect me to even receive the emails that UPS are sending?I'm baffled. I cannot think of a time when I've been spoken to so rudely from a business.
