A terrible company to deal with. One particular customer service agent called Tom has proved to be surly, rude and actually dishonest. Their sky sevice failed early in August and was not available again until November, and yet they kept charging me for it.Their claim that payments for the service stopped at the time of failure is false, and I have the bank statements to prove it. I am also still waiting to be informed of a refund being made.
