We have subscribed to the entertainment package plus HD which in total comes to £34Last month after lots of emails I managed to get them to take the £34 after they had tried to take £55 and then on a second occasion£45This month the payment should be £34But on checking my bank account £55 had been takenI emailed them and at this time the reply was we are looking into itWhy don’t the refund the £55 and take out the correct amount £34That is the way it should be doneWe will wait and seeMy advice is please watch how much the take out of your bank accountI have read the reply from skycards eu and I do not agree with there reply Firstly I told them I wanted the entertainment package at £34 but was put on the family package at a cost of £45 unbeknown to meAs for the £10 charge for late payment or declined credit card I totally disputed this but after several emails I have got no where. In future all clients should check how much this company takes from your account The only really good thing I find with this company is they do respond to your emailsIn my opinion this company is well aware that UK residents living abroad want sky tv and they certainly know how to charge. Be careful
