Had to choose a rating but Skycop not even worth one star.BA.paid my compensation claim on 22 December last year.I was NOT notified that this had been done,but sent proof of payment to Skycop when I discovered the document in my BA account.Austeja assured me my payment would be prioritised,but 6 weeks on,nothing has happened.Skycop not answering my many Emails.I checked my claim status online only to discover that Skycop had lied on this as well.Update on 14 Jan.2026 says airline has not yet paid them.This is total lie as Austeja knows full well that BA paid Skycop 6 weeks ago.Skycop is in breach of contract and cannot be trusted.How dare they expect confirmation that review is based on a genuine experience,when the company is anything but genuine!!!!
