So to recap since Singapore Airlines settled the claim in December 2024 for £520 14 months have gone by and I have not received a penny.

This company consistently tell lies and are to be avoided at all costs.

I will seek recompense through the Courts in accordance with The Hague Convention.

So beware - if you have a problem with an airline do not ask these conmen to take your case on.

update: I have already contacted the company directly via email and provided all the necessary claim details. I am currently waiting for their response and a clear confirmation regarding my case.

I would also like to state that I am aware the airline has already paid the full compensation amount, as this was confirmed to me. Therefore, I expect transparency, a clear explanation, and prompt payment of the full amount without any further delay.

At this stage, the issue remains unresolved. I hope this matter will be handled fairly and professionally. I will update my review once a final and satisfactory resolution is provided.



I am very disappointed with how Skycop has handled my claim. I was promised a full compensation and told it would be processed promptly, but instead, only a partial payment was offered – and there is still no clear date for when it will be completed.

This process has been unnecessarily prolonged, and despite multiple attempts to get updates, the company has failed to provide a clear explanation.

I am aware that other customers received their compensation promptly, without deductions, which makes this situation even more frustrating and unfair.

Skycop’s repeated delays, broken promises, and lack of transparency have caused significant frustration. I hope the company resolves this matter fairly and professionally.

Wizz Air has confirmed that the compensation was transferred to Skycop on my behalf, however I have not received the funds in my bank account yet. I have also sent multiple follow-up emails but have not received a clear response regarding the payment date.

I understand that processes may take time, but the lack of communication is very frustrating. I kindly request an update on the status of my payment.

Had to choose a rating but Skycop not even worth one star.BA.paid my compensation claim on 22 December last year.I was NOT notified that this had been done,but sent proof of payment to Skycop when I discovered the document in my BA account.Austeja assured me my payment would be prioritised,but 6 weeks on,nothing has happened.Skycop not answering my many Emails.I checked my claim status online only to discover that Skycop had lied on this as well.Update on 14 Jan.2026 says airline has not yet paid them.This is total lie as Austeja knows full well that BA paid Skycop 6 weeks ago.Skycop is in breach of contract and cannot be trusted.How dare they expect confirmation that review is based on a genuine experience,when the company is anything but genuine!!!!

Frustrating Experience with My Flight Cancellation Claim

I am reaching out about my flight cancellation claim from January 2024. I was asked to provide my bank details in December 2025, which is two years after I submitted the claim. I have attempted to contact the support team multiple times, but I have received no response.

I am still waiting for a reply. No one in the region will consider using this service; my brother, who has 1.6 million followers, is an influencer. If I don't receive my funds by the end of the month, he plans to create several videos highlighting this negative experience. After two reviews here, the responses have been the same empty promises. Avoid this service; they are untrustworthy.

Steer clear of this service, as they are taking compensation money from customers in a fraudulent manner. My claim has been pending for months without any updates. I was informed by the airline that they issued a €500 settlement for my delayed flight, yet the service has taken the entire amount and ignored all my attempts to reach out. The claim status remains unchanged, and I only learned about the update through the airline. This is a strong warning to never engage with this service; they will take your money and vanish.
