SkyCop responded to my previous post saying my complaint had been escalated because it was urgent.
So to recap since Singapore Airlines settled the claim in December 2024 for £520 14 months have gone by and I have not received a penny.
This company consistently tell lies and are to be avoided at all costs.
I will seek recompense through the Courts in accordance with The Hague Convention.
So beware - if you have a problem with an airline do not ask these conmen to take your case on.
