I’m writing this review because I felt the number of negative comments was a bit unfair compared to the service I personally experienced.I understand mistakes and accidents can happen, and sometimes it only takes one employee acting unprofessional for someone to leave a very negative review. I also believe negative feedback can point out to gaps that companies can improve and that busy seasons probably make a difference too.That said, I was genuinely scared after reading the reviews, to the point that I regretted booking my flight with Sky Express. In the end, everything went ok.Check-in was smooth, and the employee was polite and respectful. Not everyone needs to be smiling widely all the time, staff can be tired after dealing with thousands of passengers, but respect and basic politeness matter most, and that’s what I received.The flight was on time, the cabin crew on board was also polite, and my luggage arrived with me without any issues.Overall, based on my experience, I would fly with them again.
