This company is a scam. They used a cheap offer to get all your details and credit card first to trap you. Then they will start to charge you subscription fee on a weekly basis without any consent or notifications. I used the website to fill my information and paid 9.99 for a trial. After I scroll through the results and closed the website, I never received any follow up email about my results or anything about the subscription plan. Instead I was charged 56 USD every week on my credit card without knowing it. They also didn’t send you any invoice of the charges. I know some companies do this ghost subscription to scam customers once they register on the websites. The customer service is also poor, they offered me some yearly packages because they simply didn’t want to refund me anything. I rejected the offer and didn’t want to continue with their service, then they agreed to refund me 50% of my last charge which is 25 USD. What a joke. The whole thing is a scam to take your money, so think twice before you put your information on it. It’s better to ask ChartGTP than using those scammers.
