At first you think you subscribe for a 9$ purchase but then one month later they charge you 55$ without any notice and without your consent. I have written to the customer service but they pretend not to understand why I am upset and of course refuse to pay me back

nil notification, and no consistency in price - noting one day I was deducted 2x totalling over $200usd. I have logged on to see why I’m being deducted and sent email asking them to stop taking money and to refund, only to be told I need to cancel, however unable to do so through the app. Extremely disappointing. Hoping they will cancel and refund accordingly.

I have talked to my credit card company and they have been investigating …
I would like to take care of this matter with your company however. It would be very helpful to speak to a representative as I am not very savvy with technology.

I asked to cancel and still charged me 8 times what i paid for the trial, with the excuse of me not confirming the email address when i sent the email from the email address linked to the account. Duh! Also, they mislead te customers with no clear information about the subscription and there is no option to send cancel it myself either on the website. Only a link to the terms of the subscription. That’s what i had to email customer service. As a consolation prize they gave this 2 “premium pdfs” that i do not need or wanted and all info included can be found online, nothing rocket science. I just wanted my money back.

The platform is lacking; they need genuine instructors for makeup lessons, not individuals who appear to be already made up. My main issue is that I signed up for their trial on November 18 and canceled later that month. Now it's January 11, and I've been charged by them. I didn't receive any bill in December, so I'm certain I canceled. While that could be overlooked, what isn't excusable is that the support team did not acknowledge my concerns and refused to issue a refund despite my lack of consent for this charge. It felt like I was communicating with an AI bot. I'm extremely frustrated and may pursue legal action.

I’ve been attempting to contact customer support by phone rather than email, but it seems there isn’t a phone line available. This company has billed me several times after I cancelled my subscription. I experienced a bit of confusion with my order, but the representative handled it exceptionally well! The response was quick, and the issue was sorted out in no time. They explained exactly what went wrong, reminding me to pay close attention to my orders :-) Overall, the service I received was impressive and definitely worth the price I paid.
