I didn't receive any bill in December, so I'm certain I canceled. While that could be overlooked, what isn't excusable is that the support team did not acknowledge my concerns and refused to issue a refund despite my lack of consent for this charge. It felt like I was communicating with an AI bot. I'm extremely frustrated and may pursue legal action.
