I have just discovered that I have had multiple ongoing deductions with
nil notification, and no consistency in price - noting one day I was deducted 2x totalling over $200usd. I have logged on to see why I’m being deducted and sent email asking them to stop taking money and to refund, only to be told I need to cancel, however unable to do so through the app. Extremely disappointing. Hoping they will cancel and refund accordingly.
