I did a lot of research on the Sigenergy system I wanted beforehand and had several quotes before deciding on Skylar.The pre install process was very good - very responsive and good knowledge and advice from Lewis.Skylar were only company that did a proper site survey (on roof) and adapted the design to maximise panel capacity and came up with the best solution to routing cables around - made the install more difficult, but now looks great and very neat.Prompt booking for install dates, scaffolders turned up on time and were very professional.Install experience was great - I had a few concerns beforehand, but was a pleasure to have Luke, Rob and the rest of the team working on the house...attention to detail, problem solving and good communication.Early days, but the Sigenergy solution looks good and is performing well. The App initially had a few areas it could be improved, but has had regular updates and enhancements from the manufacturer.MCS certs and documentation promptly sent and HIES cert shortly afterwards thanks to Devon and Payton.A good experience from start to finish and thought the price I paid was good value for money.If you're looking for a solar solution I would recommend having a discussion with Skylar.
