It started with a phone call, in depth conversation about what we were looking for, then a very thorough quote, sealed the deal and then through to completion. I wish that we could experience the same with other companies with which we transact. Installation was smooth, within the timescales, installers were professional and we would not have known they had been here were it not for the gleaming new solar panels and battery. Highly recommend and I don’t say that lightly. Not fuss, no mess and we got what it said on the tin. Surpassed every expectation.
