The whole experience was very professional from start to finish. I was supported by Georgie Anker who was very knowledgeable and patient. He made sure that I was comfortable with the process and that I knew exactly what I was getting installed. Everything was explained in great detail with follow ups and check ins. Georgie was never pushy for a sale, I really felt that he was doing what was best for my situation. Once the order was placed it was then handed over to the customer service team to take over and arrange installation etc. Everything went smoothly and Devon Sanders made sure that we were kept well informed, again very professional and helpful. On install day we had great service from the install team - they were fabulous. Everything was done to a very high standard and we are very happy with the whole process. I have recommended Skylar solar to our neighbours and will recommend to anyone without hesitation.
