I have been attempting to work through some problems I am having with the frame. I am convinced all the problems started when they attempted to transfer the frame to me when my wife passed away, Suddenly there are numerous problems.I had a new person send things to me at about 4 yesterday afternoon. She reported getting a message saying awaiting approval but the photos came through. I never received an approval request.I asked another person to send something an hour later and their photos did not come through. She used two different email addresses to send the photos. She did not get any notifications. Nor did I.Somehow the privacy settings keep getting reset to approval. But I don't get any approvals. So I keep setting it to anyone like their ZENDESK app recommended . Also on the screen of the frame when checking the heart for love the photo a notice appears saying xxx email will be notified that you liked their photo. This never happens. I am disappointed and frustrated so I called what is supposed to customer support. The response I got, after talking to their supervisor, was okay we agree we will escalate the issues. I asked when should I expect a call back and what should I do if no one contacts me. Don't worry they will respond within 2 days. Well the have now sent me back to their glorified chat bot. to start all over. Bottom line they have NO customer support. They advertise 24 7 customer support but in my experience the best I ever got was a chat response 12 hours later. All I want is to talk to a knowledgeable technical support person on the phone to solve the problem. I don't see that as too much to expect. The response from Skylight is hilarious... If the responder had investigated they would realize I sent a note 3 days ago asking for support form the email address they just sent me.
