Horrible, horrible experience!!! Air flight booked, no value compared to what was available directly. When I paid was sent to website that offered insurance ATXA PREMIUM, tried to decline it but apparently it went through anyway, missed the email about the insurance. Once I learned about it tried to get it removed and got no where, not even a partial refund weeks before the travel, even when I explained I had insured separately anyway. RECOMEND ALL STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
