Disappointed after two years

I've been with the company for about two years, and I'm planning to leave as soon as my contract ends. The signal quality is terrible, and I struggle to make or receive calls about 70% of the time. I've attempted to contact them for help, but they only offer a calling service, which isn't possible without signal. Switching to this provider was my biggest mistake after having been with a much better one for years! I recently received an email about an increase in my plan price for a service that barely works.
