I have been trying to resolve an issue with my account for 1 month. I have 4 mobiles on my account, you’d think they would want to resolve and keep me as a customer. Technical service has been appalling. I get promises on it being sorted within 3-5 days and it never is. It is causing a lot of stress. I even went to a store in Leeds they were so unhelpful, kept saying they didn’t know the journey of the 4th phone so couldn’t help me. Ridiculous. I am completely sick of this now, and I will terminate my contracts as soon as I can. My issue is an app error, I can’t see any of my sims since adding the forth phone, god knows what they’ve done but everyone I speak so says there is a technical problem. The customer service has been rubbish!!

Have spoken to support 7 times now. 6 months has passed and every single time I've gone through the issue they say someone will come back to me with a resolution. Noone ever does. Terrible company, they have no idea what they're doing. Bunch of liars

Frustrated with service after two years

I've been with the company for nearly two years, and once my contract ends, I'm definitely leaving. The signal is terrible, and I can’t make or receive calls around 70% of the time. I've tried reaching out for help, but they only provide a calling service, and without signal, I can't make a call. Switching to this company was the worst decision after being with a much better provider for years! Recently, I received an email about an increase in my plan price for a service that hardly works.

5G issues in Kent

Stick with a more reliable provider. The 5G signal in southeast Kent is terrible, and it seems unable to connect effectively. I didn't activate my new phone in time to cancel and return it, and while traveling, I constantly dropped calls and couldn't load maps until I reached my destination and connected to WiFi.

Should have switched sooner

I had three SIM cards with this service and had been a loyal customer for years. After losing service at home a month ago, I finally decided to switch providers. The process was straightforward, and the new service is significantly better. I've been able to reach customer support easily, unlike before, and I'm even saving money. It's telling when their own support agent suggests switching providers. I wish I had made the change sooner and will consider switching my broadband as well.

Frustration with SIM card pricing

I can’t get a £5 SIM card, but I can sign up for TV and broadband at £80 a month! It's outrageous, so I just canceled my service.

Complete service failure

I purchased a new phone, and they completely messed up the SIM during the exchange! It should have been a simple task, but their support team was utterly useless, and the overseas call center had no idea what they were doing! Total chaos!

One star is too generous

One star is too generous. The service has been a joke. I entered into a mobile contract and contacted customer support the following day to cancel. They told me there was no issue, but the phone had already been dispatched, and I needed to follow the return process. I returned the phone immediately, but the problems began. It took ten days for them to confirm receipt, despite my tracking information. After nine calls and online chats, I still received no confirmation of my cancellation. They continued to charge me despite acknowledging the return. I even had to involve my bank for a chargeback. Their cancellation process is unclear, and customer support is ineffective, leaving me without a response regarding my complaint for weeks. Avoid this service.
