Should have switched sooner

I had three SIM cards with this service and had been a loyal customer for years. After losing service at home a month ago, I finally decided to switch providers. The process was straightforward, and the new service is significantly better. I've been able to reach customer support easily, unlike before, and I'm even saving money. It's telling when their own support agent suggests switching providers. I wish I had made the change sooner and will consider switching my broadband as well.
