I've been with the company for nearly two years, and once my contract ends, I'm definitely leaving. The signal is terrible, and I can’t make or receive calls around 70% of the time. I've tried reaching out for help, but they only provide a calling service, and without signal, I can't make a call. Switching to this company was the worst decision after being with a much better provider for years! Recently, I received an email about an increase in my plan price for a service that hardly works.
