After being a dedicated customer for over 20 years with the service and around 10 years with mobile plans, I recently attempted to renew my family's 4 SIM contracts. When I reached out to the support team regarding a deal I found on a comparison site, I was told that such offers are exclusively for new customers. It appears they do not prioritize their existing clientele. This approach is quite disappointing, and I feel I must cancel my contracts.
