I ordered an iPhone Air and received it without any sealed packaging. The device wouldn't let me transfer my data or number. When I contacted customer support, they informed me that the phone is blacklisted, which is unacceptable for a new device. It seems they sent me a returned phone while charging me full price. I've requested to return it, and I'm apprehensive about how that will unfold. Caution is advised when purchasing devices from this company.
