The customer service is the worst I've encountered. Interactions with the support team have been frustrating, and issues arose with my new SIM deal. It took four days to transfer my number, and shortly after, I received a message claiming I had used all my data, despite being on Wi-Fi. Calls to customer service resulted in accusations of dishonesty. Even after receiving a replacement SIM, the data issue persists. I've lodged a complaint and hope to cancel this contract soon. Avoid this company if you value your peace of mind.
