Recently had an issue with Sky music regarding packaging of a guitar.
I have dealt with Sky before and found them top class so was extremely surprised ans as you can imagine miffed about the slackness of the irresponsible fool that packed the guitar.
Today Tom contacted me regarding the issue and has offered a resolution.
Hope the fool who packed it is dealt with appropriately as it changed my view, all be temporairily of a store with a fantastic name.
