Review Time
I encountered a frustrating situation with this service. While I understand it was a busy time, it doesn't excuse the poor communication. I was in contact through text with a representative who requested my purchase details and address for a shipping quote. After responding, I waited... but received no quote. Hours passed without any update. Eventually, I sent a message pointing out their lack of response, and only then did they finally send a quote. Although their reply was polite, it was too late for me. Leaving customers without updates is simply unacceptable. They mentioned being short-staffed and needing to make a delivery, but that's no reason to ignore someone who's already reached out. Imagine if a customer was in the store, providing their information, and the staff just walked away without following up. It's not how you should treat customers.

I happily rate SkyMusic's customer service as outstanding. Over the phone, I purchased, paid for and received a receipt almost immediately. Delivery Tracking was pinpoint accurate. This is my first time to Sky Music shop, I looking for a Digital Piano. In the shop, I had very nice and patient service, the salesclerk introduced to me the commodity information, so I chose Digital Piano P-145BT. I was so happy to have got it. The driver was nice to me as well as, he carried me home and install the Digital Piano prudentially. The Sky Music is lucky to has so good salesclerk. I applaud them.
