I had a disappointing experience with this service. I understand it was a busy period, but that doesn't justify the lack of communication. I was in touch via text with a representative who asked for my purchase details and address to provide a shipping quote. I replied and then waited... but nothing came. Hours went by without a quote. Eventually, I pointed out their lack of response, and only then did they finally send a quote. While their reply was polite, it was too late for me. Leaving customers uninformed is unacceptable. They mentioned being short-staffed and needing to make a delivery, but that's no excuse for neglecting someone who's already reached out. Imagine if a customer was in the store, sharing their information, and the staff just walked away without any follow-up. That's not how to treat customers.
