I called and emailed, receiving the same response that my package is out for delivery, yet no one calls. This is the most unprofessional courier service; I warn anyone considering using them, especially businesses, to avoid them. Every morning I wake up to an automated message saying they tried to deliver but were unsuccessful in reaching me. Yes, I confirmed they have the correct contact number because I inquire daily about my package. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE; they are the worst courier company imaginable. A one-star rating is overly generous—they don't deserve any.
