License disc never arrived.

My vehicle license disc was never delivered. I received a false update stating that no one was available to receive the package, even though someone was at the address all day and night. I plan to report this to the authorities to open a case of theft against the service, ensuring I have a case number and proof in case I face court for unpaid traffic violations, making the service accountable. I would NOT recommend this to anyone!

Terrible courier service!

This is the worst courier service I've ever encountered! They keep sending me daily emails saying my parcel is out for delivery for four days, yet it has not arrived! My order, placed a week ago, has been dispatched from the location, but the service continues to make excuses for the delay in delivery over these four days!

1-Star Review – Unacceptable Service This has been the worst shipping experience I've ever encountered. I regret my decision to choose this service every day.
I placed my order, made the payment, and everything seemed fine initially. Then… nothing. Complete silence. After waiting 9 days with no updates on the tracking, I reached out to their "customer support". What a disappointment.
The representatives were unprofessional, rude, and clearly uninformed. One said the shipment was "probably still in Dubai", another suggested it was "maybe already in Canada", and a third simply stated:
"We are not sure where your package is right now."
ARE YOU SERIOUS?? You are a shipping company and after more than a week, you don’t know what continent my parcel is on??? This is not just poor service. The tracking page remains inactive. No movement, no scans, no explanation. Just overwhelming frustration. Never again. I strongly advise everyone: STAY AWAY from this service. Your money and peace of mind will be much better off with virtually any other courier. Worst company. Worst experience. 0/10. Avoid at all costs! 😡

Fantastic Service! They truly care.

Fantastic Service! I was anxious that my package wouldn't arrive in time for my husband's birthday, but it did! They delivered over the weekend, and everything was perfect! I'm absolutely thrilled! So emotional!

Extremely Disappointing Experience

This service doesn't even warrant a one-star rating. The support team and drivers are both inadequate. I reached out to the support center multiple times, waiting on hold for extended periods, only to be met with representatives who were unable to help. It's baffling why this company is partnered with them.

COMPLETELY INEFFECTIVE!!

COMPLETELY INEFFECTIVE!!! My package was supposed to arrive on December 3rd, and now it's the 5th with no delivery in sight, each day bringing a new excuse. I've dealt with numerous courier services, but this one is undeniably the absolute WORST!

This service doesn't even merit a one-star rating. It's disappointing from the support agents to the delivery personnel. I've called the support center countless times, only to be put on hold for ages, and when finally answered, they can't help. I don't understand why other companies use them.

The worst courier service ever, they deceive and...

The worst courier service ever; they lie about being unable to reach you while no one actually contacts you. I called and emailed, receiving the same response that my package is out for delivery, yet no one calls. This is the most unprofessional courier service; I warn anyone considering using them, especially businesses, to avoid them. Every morning I wake up to an automated message saying they tried to deliver but were unsuccessful in reaching me. Yes, I confirmed they have the correct contact number because I inquire daily about my package. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE; they are the worst courier company imaginable. A one-star rating is overly generous—they don't deserve any.

No effort to deliver

They don't even make an effort to deliver the package. You receive a message stating it will be delivered by a certain time, and you take time off work, losing income, only to wait in vain. When you call the next day, you learn they attempted delivery but failed and will deliver three days later. Opt for a different service, or if you're using a provider that relies on them, consider avoiding it.
