1-Star Review – Unacceptable Service This has been the worst shipping experience I've ever encountered. I regret my decision to choose this service every day.
I placed my order, made the payment, and everything seemed fine initially. Then… nothing. Complete silence. After waiting 9 days with no updates on the tracking, I reached out to their "customer support". What a disappointment.
The representatives were unprofessional, rude, and clearly uninformed. One said the shipment was "probably still in Dubai", another suggested it was "maybe already in Canada", and a third simply stated:
"We are not sure where your package is right now."
ARE YOU SERIOUS?? You are a shipping company and after more than a week, you don’t know what continent my parcel is on??? This is not just poor service. The tracking page remains inactive. No movement, no scans, no explanation. Just overwhelming frustration. Never again. I strongly advise everyone: STAY AWAY from this service. Your money and peace of mind will be much better off with virtually any other courier. Worst company. Worst experience. 0/10. Avoid at all costs! 😡
