I don't understand the good ratings. I'm waiting for over four months for my claim. I've had to upload my documents multiple times, and I have no idea what's next. I've e-mailed at least six times. Sometimes I get a short shady response that they are working on it, sometimes I get no response at all. I have no idea about what's next or if they are actually working on my claim at all.
