This is my first experience with Sky Refund due to a cancelled flight.
I have not had too much expectation but decided to try. And I was nicely surprised when I got refund credited quickly !
The request is suite easy and straight forward and thé communication is fluide.

When I realised how expensive is this service I tried to cancel my claim . As I experienced the rigth to cancel the claim during 14 days after application, as it is promised on the website, in reality does not exist.
Support was good. But then additional charges were deducted from the final amount due to additional legal support as per Sky Refund team,
But not sure why there was a need for additional legal process as in this case Airline was bound to provide the compensation due to the lapse on their side ?
Since Airline voluntarily dragged this issue, can we not penalise the airline for these additional expenses rather penalising the passenger in this case.
I have been waiting 18 months for the resolution of my claim. The only updates I receive are generic emails saying they are addressing the issue. A friend who traveled under the same circumstances received his refund in just 2 months. Now, they are repeating the same questions they asked when I submitted my claim. This has been a complete waste of time. I do not recommend this service!
I have had a very negative experience with this company. I cannot access my data in my account, and I have inquired about how to delete my account—yet I have received no response and there are no options for me to do this myself. I do not trust this company.
