I have been waiting 18 months for the resolution of my claim. The only updates I receive are generic emails saying they are addressing the issue. A friend who traveled under the same circumstances received his refund in just 2 months. Now, they are repeating the same questions they asked when I submitted my claim. This has been a complete waste of time. I do not recommend this service!
