I was initially impressed, but the service has its share of bugs. My broadband inexplicably stops around 1 AM, which is a problem since I rely on it for TV. Paying extra for the skip ads feature has become annoying, as it doesn't always resume from where I left off and slows down for the ads. There are numerous issues, but I hope it improves with software updates.
