Following my previous review, this system continues to let me down. I see no benefits to this service over the previous one, but many negatives persist. It completely relies on the internet, has no recording options, and the navigation is cumbersome. Honestly, it's a poor experience. If anyone can highlight a positive aspect compared to the previous service, I'd love to hear it. It seems like a cost-saving measure for the company, but it's disappointing for customers.
