It started off well, and I enjoyed the features, especially since it was cheaper than the previous option. However, after a few months, the picture began to freeze intermittently in the evenings, suggesting bandwidth throttling. Constantly resetting the device and the router is tiresome, and the sound and picture often go out of sync. I was led to believe that faster broadband was essential for better service, but it has been a letdown.
