Rather difficult transaction. Terms of discounted ticket was not made clear. Wound up paying full price. Discounted price did not include either baggage or food.This was not made clear until after purchase. They really, really need to change their wording. They hook you in with a cheap price, but then you go through all this nonsense. I only rate like I did because Martin was pleasant and patient..didn't save us any money though.
