The service has been utterly incompetent. They mishandled my connection during my move despite confirming the correct date multiple times. I was left without internet for an entire week because no transfer request was submitted. They charged me for the full month anyway. When I canceled my contract, they sent return bags to the wrong address and penalized me for not returning the equipment, without informing me they had sent anything. After a long call to rectify this, they finally sent the return bags to the right address, and I returned the equipment immediately. Now they claim they never received it, despite my tracking details. They are now telling me to deal with a third-party debt collection agency. This has been a frustrating and dishonest experience. I would advise against signing up with this service.
