Utterly ineffective.

Utterly ineffective. They failed to manage my connection during my move, despite my informing them twice and their confirmation of the correct date in their system. I ended up without internet for an entire week because the transfer was never completed. The network provider later stated that no transfer request had been submitted by the service provider. Yet, I was still charged for a full month. Things went wrong again when I canceled the contract. They sent the return bags to the wrong address and then imposed a penalty for not returning the equipment — without notifying me that anything had been sent. When I contacted them to resolve this, they finally sent the return bags to the right address. I returned the equipment right away. Now, they claim they never received it, even though I have the tracking information (which I’m glad I kept, anticipating this issue). Now they are insisting that I should deal with a third-party debt collection agency they hired to recover money from me. Completely ineffective, dishonest, and stressful to engage with.
Avoid this service at all costs!

Completely Incompetent Service

The service has been utterly incompetent. They mishandled my connection during my move despite confirming the correct date multiple times. I would advise against signing up with this service.

I've been a customer for a long time without issues, but this service has been nothing short of frustrating. I've instructed them to terminate my service, and I'm now left waiting to see how long that will take.

Long-Time Customers with No Benefits

After being customers for 18 years, it's hard to understand why we stayed. We face high monthly bills and ongoing issues with the equipment. Attempts to resolve the issues result in long emails filled with unhelpful instructions. Even after canceling, they keep promising to send a return bag for the old equipment, but all we receive are empty promises. It's frustrating and nearly impossible to dispose of the equipment without a vehicle.

Long-Time Customer Experience

Having been with this service for over 25 years and spending a significant amount, I’ve never received any discounts or perks. They never inform us about new equipment options. We've held onto outdated equipment for years without any upgrades or offers. While I appreciate the channels available, they really need to offer better incentives for long-term customers.

Frustrating Setup Experience

I called multiple times to set up my installation, but customer service was unhelpful, with strong accents making communication difficult. After finally getting things sorted, the technician arrived unprepared and left without completing the setup. I then had to argue with customer service to schedule another technician, who didn't communicate properly and was rude. The lack of priority for new customers is disappointing, and I've been stuck on hold for a long time.

Disappointing Service in New Zealand

Having been a customer for over 10 years, the service here is disappointing compared to what was available previously. The basic service is overpriced, and good channels require additional fees. Terrible Replacement Service
