Having been a customer for over 10 years, the service here is disappointing compared to what was available previously. The basic service is overpriced, and good channels require additional fees. We've faced ongoing service interruptions, and appointments to fix these issues have been mishandled. I’ve waited at home for appointments that were rescheduled without any notice. Their customer service is poor, and I’m considering canceling.
