Dealing with the airline has been incredibly frustrating. We experienced a 5-hour delay nearly 6 months ago and filed for reimbursement the same day, which was approved, yet the refund still hasn't arrived. When we reach out, all we hear is 'please be patient and wait,' with no clear timeline provided. A truly terrible experience.
