Flight U5463 from one city to another was a nightmare. The flight was diverted, and we were kept on the aircraft for 2 hours. The captain promised hotel accommodation that was never provided, and we were left at the airport overnight without assistance. After a 14-hour delay, we were removed from the flight without justification, and now the company refuses to pay the compensation owed. Customer service links in their emails do not work. This company is violating passenger rights and shirking responsibility. Avoid this airline at all costs!
