I am incredibly let down by the service! I booked a party weeks in advance, only to receive a call two days before my daughter's birthday, saying they had to cancel due to permit issues. They suggested rescheduling to another time and location and offered a 20% discount. Desperate to make my daughter happy, I agreed to consider it. The representative stated I had 24 hours to decide if I left a $75 deposit. However, when I checked the contract, it turned out to be $107 more! I called back, but a different person said they couldn't assist. I was advised to leave a message for a Regional manager, but I never received a callback. This experience has ruined my daughter's special day!
